Save the date for this annual picnic and family gathering.  Rain or shine at the Piney Run Park and Nature Center, Pavilion 6 (near the Boathouse Pavilion), 30 Martz Road, Sykesville, MD 21784.  ADA accessible.  Good food, fun, lots of laughs and the opportunity to reunite with Shipley cousins you know and meet some for the first time.

On Sunday, October 26, 2025, The Shipleys of Maryland will celebrate 100 years since the founding of our organization.  Our celebration will be held at the same location as our first meeting in 1925 — Bethesda United Methodist Church, 328 Klees Mill Road, Sykesville, MD.  We are presently working out the details, so check back again for the latest updates.
